Preparing early career professionals and recent graduates for the transition nobody talks about.

Thrivetia Transition Development Program
TTDP is a high-impact, cohort-based development experience for recent graduates and early-career professionals navigating the transition from academic life into employment, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Through guided reflection, advanced coaching experience, peer learning, personalised feedback, and intentional action planning, participants progress through three connected stages where participants develop greater clarity about their professional identity and future direction, communications skills to express their ideas with confidence and presence, and sustainable performance habits required to translate intention into consistent action.
TTDP develops the deeper human capabilities needed to navigate professional and entrepreneurial paths with greater clarity, confidence, ownership, and consistency.
Built for people in motion:
Recent Graduates
Navigating what comes next after graduation.
Early-Career Professionals
Seeking clarity about their professional path and want to learn how to communicate their ideas with confidence, clarity, and impact.
Graduating Students
Preparing intentionally for life beyond the degree.

The Thrivetia Transition Framework™
A practical method for moving from uncertainty to action.
The Thrivetia Transition Framework™ is Thrivetia’s development model designed to give structure to one of the most overlooked stages of development: the transition beyond qualification and potential.
Through three connected stages that help you clarify who you are becoming, strengthen how you communicate your ideas with clarity, and build sustainable performance habits that translate important goals into consistent, measurable progress; the Framework guides you through a deliberate progression from Identity to Influence to Impact.
Within TTDP, the Framework is reinforced through guided reflection, personalised feedback, and facilitator-led peer accountability, culminating in each participant’s 90-Day Transition Blueprint for continued growth beyond the programme.
The result is not simply greater readiness to access opportunities. It is greater capacity to navigate them, contribute within them and grow through them.
Three stages. One transition development journey. From potential to ownership.
Five weekends, one direction.
Each weekend builds on the last, from setting intention to leaving with a clear plan for what comes next.
Direction, Alignment and Commitment
Meaningful transition begins with understanding where you are, what this season requires of you, and how you intend to engage with your own development. Participants clarify their intentions, identify development priorities, establish connections and accountability within the cohort, and build the foundation for an active and purposeful development journey.
Clarify Who You Are Becoming
Before deciding what comes next, participants explore who they are becoming beyond their degree, job title or current circumstances. This stage deepens clarity around strengths, values, professional identity, development priorities and future direction, creating a stronger foundation for intentional choices.
Communicate, Connect and Build Influence
Potential becomes more valuable when it can be expressed clearly, understood by others and translated into trusted contribution. This stage strengthens participants’ ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, build credible relationships, navigate important conversations and contribute effectively across professional, entrepreneurial and leadership environments.
Turn Intention into Sustainable Action
Knowing what matters is only the beginning. This stage develops the self-leadership, judgement and performance habits required to take ownership, make thoughtful decisions, manage priorities and follow through consistently without making unsustainable ways of working the price of progress.
Integrate, Navigate and Take Ownership
Development becomes meaningful when it changes how you move forward.
This closing stage brings together what participants have discovered about themselves, developed in how they engage and influence, and demonstrated through action. They translate those insights into clear priorities and intentional commitments for the realities of their next chapter, whether in employment, entrepreneurship, leadership or other purposeful pathway.
The journey culminates in each participant’s personalised 90-Day Transition Blueprint, creating a practical bridge between programme learning, guided reflection and continued growth beyond TTDP.
TTDP doesn’t end when the final session finishes.
You’ll leave with a personalised 90-Day Transition Blueprint that translates your learning into focused priorities, commitments and actions for the next stage of your journey. It is the practical bridge between the person you’re becoming and the progress you intend to make.
